GRIFTON, N.C. - Ruby Arnold Branscome, 59, of Grifton, died Thursday (May 10) at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville. She was born Dec. 16, 1930, in Augusta County, Va., the daughter of Laura Louderback of Waynesboro, Va.
She was a member of the Grifton Presbyterian Church.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Farmer Funeral Home, Ayden, by the Rev. Harold Dudley.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Wayne Branscome of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Debbie Jones of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Susan Kyman of St. Louis, Mo., and Miss Linda Branscome of New York, N.Y.; one grandchild.
