Beynon Schliesman, age 48, of Castlewood, SD, passed away peacefully in her home after a lengthy illness on Thursday, September 29, 2016.

Visitation for Angie will be held from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel in Watertown.

A private family funeral will be held on Thursday with Pastor Luke Smith officiating.

Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Watertown, SD.

Please join the family for a Celebration of Angie's Life at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 5, 2016 at the Cornerstone United Methodist Church in Watertown.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given in memory of Angela for Baeli's college fund.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Roger Schliesman, Ron Schliesman and Randy Schliesman; and her second family at Schuchard's.

Pallbearers will be Kaleb Artz, Randy Schuchard, Dallas Haight, Frank Hanson III, David Hanson and Charlie Hanson.

Angela Marie Beynon was born in February of 1968 to David and Donna (York) Beynon at St. Ann's Hospital in Watertown, South Dakota. Angie attended school in Watertown and graduated with honors at Watertown High School. Following graduation, Angie worked her way through college while attending South West State University in Marshall, MN. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Accounting.

Shortly after Angie graduated from college, she worked as an office manager for Schuchard's Westside GMC, where she had been part of the Schuchard's work family for over 20 years.

Angie was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, Rick Schliesman on January 12, 2001. They were blessed with three children, Blayne and Bree Anne (twins), and Baeli.

Angie received a kidney transplant in July of 2010. Throughout the following years, Angie continued to have struggles with her health, but she continued to be an extremely strong and brave person.

Throughout Angie's life she was fortunate to travel. She made many memories while vacationing with her family in Europe, Hawaii and Alaska.

Angie's favorite past-times included collecting angels, she enjoyed fast pitch softball, and reading. She loved Christmas and spending time with her children and family.
Angie was deeply loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Rick Schliesman and their three children, Blayne, Bree Anne and Baeli; her parents, David and Donna Beynon; her brother, Eugene (Sara) Beynon; her sisters, Dori Beynon (fiance', Burt Seifel), Belinda (Frank) Hanson, and Davina (Harold) Artz; four sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Reginald & Goldie Beynon; maternal grandparents, Alvin York and Jennie (Fish) Davis; her aunt, Geraldine Beynon Carter; her uncle and aunt, Thomas (Francis) Beynon; her cousin, Cristina Hagen; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marcella Manderfield (Harvey) Schliesman; her sister-in-law, Mary Schliesman Harrison; and her nephew, Ryan Schliesman.
