Thelma Hebdon, 86, of Vancouver, WA, passed away Mon., Sept. 26, 2016 at her home. The youngest of three children, Thelma was born May 25, 1930 to Milford Barkdull and Ann Louise Hayes in Kemmerer, WY. She was a member of the Salmon Creek Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Later in her life, she found enjoyment through her work at Clark College in the printing department. Thelma taught herself to play the organ and had a life-long love of music. She had a green thumb and her gardens, porches, and homes were always filled with beautiful plants and flowers. Thelma loved to laugh and always appreciated a good joke. She was preceded in death by husband, Floyd; and their son, Mark.
