Mrs. ANNIE GERTRUDE CASTLE, wife of Emory C. Castle, died at her home, 10 Downsville Road, Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock, after an illness of three weeks, of complications, aged 72 years.
She was the daughter of John D. and Annie (Remsburg) Fink and was born near Middletown. She had resided in Hagerstown for the past 15 years.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and of the Daughters and Sons of Liberty of Hagerstown.
Surviving are: husband; son, Maurice Castle, at home. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
Funeral Friday afternoon with services at the house; interment in Rose Hill.
