THELMA ELIZABETH COE SMITH, 84, went to be with the Lord on December 15, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Etta Coe; husband, Paul Darrell Smith Sr.; and brother, Warren Coe. She is survived by her children, Wayne Penny (Cheila), Sandra Beam (David), and Kimberly Boster (John David II); and grandchildren, Daniel Penny (Josselyn), Brian Penny (Leigh), Cynthia Beam (Sam), Jessica Hodge (Cam), Josh and Paige Boster.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 20, from 5 to 8pm at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, at 1pm in Riverview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lucy Corr Foundation.
