Billye Potts Wiley Billye Potts Wiley went home to be with her Lord on February 12, 2007 from complications after a long battle with dementia.

Billye was born January 19, 1928 in Harrell, Texas to John James Potts and Alma B. Giddens Potts. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, MeeMaw, aunt and friend. Her family is eternally grateful for the standard she has set, the example she has been to us all and memories we will have forever.

She was a 1945 graduate of Leander High School, and married her high school sweetheart H.K. "Judge" Wiley on May 20, 1946.

Her favorite activities were going for an afternoon ride with Judge, going to country music concerts with the "Honky Tonk Angels" and family gatherings. Billye worked as an egg grader on the OK Egg Farm in Round Rock for many years and then as a USDA poultry inspector at East Poultry in Austin. Judge and Billye moved back to Leander in 1995. She is a charter member of the Leander First Baptist Church, where she was the Sunday School Secretary for many years.

Her survivors include daughters, Kay Mueller and husband Wayne of Leander, Beth Ann Wiley of Bertram, son, Richard and wife Helen of Bertram; grandchildren, Justin Johnson and wife Rachel, Ethan Johnson, Jimmy Mueller and wife Jennifer, Travis Mueller and wife Tracey, Curtis Mueller, Virginia Rose, Matthew McCown, Christina McCown and Cordan Wiley; four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Herschel Knox "Judge" Wiley, daughter, Patricia McCown, brothers J.B., LeRoy and Donald Potts, sisters Marcelle Cook and Wanda Johnson.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 15, 2007 at Beck Funeral Home, Cedar Park. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 16, 2007 at Beck Funeral Home with burial at Bagdad Cemetery, Leander, Texas.
