Nettie L. Boxman, 86, of Road 250 E, died at 11:40 a.m. Thursday in the emergency room of Bartholomew County Hospital.

She was the wife of Elmer G. Boxman to whom she was married Aug. 3, 1985. Her first marriage was to Martin Schulz on Feb. 19, 1922. He died March 19, 1978.

Funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. William Stache at 2 p.m. Sunday at Barkes, Inlow and Weaver Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike. Burial will be at St. Paul's Lutheran Church Clifty Cemetery. Calling at the funeral home will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Saturday and on Sunday from noon until service time.

Memorials may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church at Clifty, where she was a member, or the Lutheran Community of Christ.

Mrs. Boxman was born March 16, 1902, at Jonesville, the daughter of William and Julia Price Pardieck.

Also surviving are daughters, Etta Fayle Forster of Columbs and Dorothea Fiesbeck of Taylorsville; stepsons, Neal and Harlan Boxman, both of Seymour and Paul Boxman of Elizabethtown; stepdaughters, Dorothy Otte of Reddington, Frances Anderson and Carolyn Hehman, both of Seymour, and Marjorie Lazzell and Ruth Thomas, both of Columbus; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
