Mrs. Edna Altig
Dies at Greenleaf
CALDWELL—Mrs. Edna Lehr Altig, 62, died at her home in Greenleaf at 2:15 p. m. Friday.
Mrs. Altig was born April 26, 1888 at Hubbard, Neb., and grew to womanhood there. She was married at South Sioux City, Neb., July 10, 1909, to W. C. Altig. They lived at Decatur, Neb. for a year and came to Greenleaf in 1910.
Mrs. Altig attended high school and normal school at Wayne, Neb., and Morningside college near Sioux City, Iowa.
Survivors are her husband, William C. Altig; five sons, Ralph E. of Jamieson, Ore., W. Robert of Lewisville, Idaho, Frances E. of Electric City, Wash., Caleb H. of Portland; Kenneth A. of Arock, Ore.; two daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Burton and Mrs. Betty Roberts, both of Greenleaf; her stepmother, Mrs. Anna Antrim of Nampa; a sister, Mrs. Caroline Herlocker of Kelso, Wash.; three brothers, William H. Antrim of Hill City, Minn., Earl Antrim of Nampa and Ralph Antrim of Boise.
Services will be at 10:30 a. m. Tuesday at the Greenleaf Friends church with Rev. John A. Baxter officiating. Interment will be at Greenleaf.
