Noah Scott Amstutz-Blevins, infant son of Randy Blevins and Kristin Lynette Amstutz-Byrd of Galax died Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, in the Twin County Regional Hospital.
Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Amanda Swinney and Emily Blevins; a brother, Adam Blevins; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Carol Amstutz; paternal grandparents, Dennis and Joyce Blevins; uncle, Timothy Amstutz.
A funeral was held Oct. 26, 2014, at 4 p.m. in the Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Matt Linkous officiating. Burial followed in the Stevens Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Twin County La Leche League.
