Ella M. Reed was born near Trenton, Missouri, October 16, 1867. While still an infant she moved with her parents to Iowa with the early pioneers. In 1891 she was united in marriage to Solon B. Weaver and of this union five children were born. The family moved to Montana in 1911 and made their home on a farm in the lower valley until 1925 when they moved to Kalispell. She leaves to mourn her passing her five children: Elva Emmert, Anna Wachsmuth, and Ray Weaver of Kalispell, Nellie Stockburger of Townsend, Montana, and Sylvia Eyverson of Newberg, Oregon. She also leaves two brothers, O.H. Reed of Bonton, Iowa and E.T. Reed of Tacoma, Washington, and 13 grandchildren.
