Letha Southern Ulmer was born in Altus, Okla., to the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy C. Sountern, Sr. She was a cheerleader for Childress Bobcats and married her high school love. They were married for 55 years and seven months. She retired from Volkswagon and was a member of North Fort Worth Baptist Church. Letha was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; son, John; and daughter, Paula Jane.
Survivors: Son, Jerry Ulmer of Fort Worth; granddaughters, Amie Tritton and husband, JR of Azle, Paula Snider and husband, Skitter of River Oaks; great-grandsons, Michael Snider and wife, Tara of Azle, Kaleb Snider of Paradise and Dylan Tritton of Azle; great-granddaughter, Mehgan Canas and husband, Ruben; great-great-grandkids, Nathon Snider, Joel Canas, Gracie Canas, all of Azle; brother, Roy Southern and wife, Janet of Arlington; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins; and beloved dog, Missy.
