Roslyn "Lyn" Mullis

Macon, Georgia- Roslyn "Lyn" Mullis went home to be with her Lord and Savior, September 7, 2016. Graveside funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. in Macon Memorial Park with the Reverend Cass DuCharme and Reverend Jake Hall officiating. Family will greet friends after the service.
Mrs. Mullis was born on January 10, 1924, in Brewton, Georgia. She was the youngest of 10 children born to her parents, Freeman Alva Brantley and Emma Jackson Brantley. Her gentle spirit and kind nature was a blessing to all that knew her.
Mrs. Mullis is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Bob L. Mullis, Sr. Together they spent many wonderful trips traveling abroad in addition to traveling between their homes in Macon, Ocklawaha, Florida, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Highlands, North Carolina. Their summers were spent at their Highlands home where they were members of and enjoyed playing golf at Highlands Country Club. Mrs. Mullis was a member of Highlands Country Club Ladies Golf Association and loved to garden in her spare time.
Mrs. Mullis attended Highland Hills Baptist Church when in Macon.
