Millard is my great uncle. He was the son of the late Dr Leander Nickell and Ethel Coldiron. Millard has 2 sisters.. Garnet and Anges and 3 brothers.. L.G., William and Walter . He also served in the Army.

Millard Nickell age 78 of Ocala, Florida died October 2, 2003 at the Hospice House in Ocala, Florida. He was born September 7, 1925 in Grayson, Kentucky the son of the late Dr. L.G. and Ethel (Coldiron) Nickell. Mr. Nickell had been a heavy equipment operator engaged in excavation and construction. He is survived by one sister, Agnes Cannan of Indiana and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Nickell, one sister, Garnet Huff, and three brothers, Walter Nickell, L.G. Nickell and William Nickell. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 10, 2004 at the Barnes Cemetery. Leo Kuhn will officiate. Interment of cremains will follow.
