Mr. Sorrells retired from Ryobi as an Accountant; he was a member of Elljean Baptist Church and also a Mason from the Bates Lodge and Shriner. Mr. Sorrells served our country in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include his wife of sixty five years Bobbie Jean Sorrells, two daughters; Pam Sorrells Senn (Delma), and Kim Sorrells Masters ( Roger), one brother ; Tommy Sorrells ( Janie) and three sisters; Carolyn Ann Nalley ( Bobby) , Sue Welborn ( Gene) and Patricia Greer ( Ben)all from Pickens County. Mr. Sorrells also leaves in his memory four grandchildren; Jason Burgess (Sherry) Justin Burgess ( Diana), Jessie Gillespie ( Darren), , Kayla Rampey ( Dustin) and ten grandchildren; Jazmin Burgess, Hayden Burgess, Elin, Ean, and Easton Gillespie, Carson and Asher Rampey, Joshua , Amber and Issac Hopson.
Burial: Greenlawn Cemetery in Easley.
