Funeral services for Rose K. Rose of Hastings were held Thursday morning at St. Cecilia's Church in Hastings with Father Raymond Hain officiating. Burial was made in Parkview Cemetery.

Pall bearers were Walter Pohlmeier, Ralph Pohlmeier, Gilbert Gilsdorf, Arthur Schroer, Don Theis and Francis Theis.

Mrs. Rose was born at Lawrence, Nebraska. She was the daughter of Henry Gilsdorf and Elizabeth (Wiebler) Gilsdorf, and grew to young womanhood in this community. She lived in Hastings for many years, where she died Monday September 13, at the age of 80, at the Adams County Care Home.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Rosemary) Juggert of Hastings; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; also, a sister Mrs. Hattie Theis of Lincoln. She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons.
