Clinton: Mrs. Marlene Honeycutt Autry, of 502 Raleigh Road, died Friday, September 9, 2016 in Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral services will be held 1PM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Ray Ammons officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery. Mrs. Autry was a native of Sampson County and daughter of the late Wade Hampton Honeycutt and Lillian McGee Honeycutt. She was a member of First Baptist Church and co-owner and operator of W A Autry Painting. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, W.A. Autry, Jr., : A daughter, Sheila A. Blackman of Clinton; a son Ricky William Autry and his wife Tenna of Clinton; three granddaughters, Kristie B. Warren and husband William I Warren, Jr. of Dunn, Erica A. Page and husband Marcus G. Page of Clinton and Megan E. Autry of Clinton; one grandson, Andrew David Blackman of Cary; great-grandson Connor Reid Blackman of Dunn and great-granddaughter Haven Alexis Warren of Dunn; one brother Tony Allen Honeycutt and wife Jean T. Honeycutt and their daughter, Heather H. Tillman and Ryan of Mt. Olive. The family will receive friends Monday 6-8 P.M. at First Baptist Church, 408 College Street, Clinton and at other times at the home. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 408 College Street, Clinton, NC 28328.
