Bader, IL - Iris J. Sharman, 96, of Crown Point, Ind., formerly of Bader, died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 1994, at Town Center Nursing home in Merrillville, Ind.
Born July 8, 1898, in Bader to John and Kate Reno Baker, she married Oliver Sharman on April 21, 1920. He died May 6, 1968.
Also preceding her in death were one daughter, one sister and one brother.
Surviving are one daughter, Patricia Matz of Crown Point, Ind.; one sister, Iola Vratis of Astoria; two brothers, Richard Baker of Browning and Burdette Baker of Rushville; five grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; and one great- great-grandchild.
She was a member of Bader Christian Church.
Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery in Macomb.
