Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian B. Hughes will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Whitesand Baptist Church. Mrs. Hughes, age 93, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019 at her residence in Olive Branch, MS. Reverend Charles Burnham will officiate and interment will be in the Whitesand Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be, James Bridges, Drew Davis, Stephen Kelly, Richard Kelly and Kenny Griffith.

Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Lillian B. Hughes was born on July 9, 1925 in Jefferson Davis County, MS to Orlean Bridges and Ellen Daughdrill Bridges. Mrs. Hughes was a secretary. She was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband , Kenneth Hughes and several siblings.

Mrs. Hughes is survived by 1 daughter, Haley Kelly (Richard) of Olive Branch, MS; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; 1 brother, Charles David Bridges (Ruth) of Houston, TX .

Visitation will be Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 12:30pm until 2:00 pm at Whitesand Baptist Church.
