MRS. ELIZABETH BLYSTONE - the death of Mrs. Elizabeth Blystone, wife of James Blystone, occurred at her home near Gastown, Armstrong County on Thursday evening, February 21, 1917, of erysipelas, aged 36 years. She is survived by her husband and ten children, also four brothers and three sisters. Funeral services were held on Saturday, interment being made in the St. Thomas Cemetery.

Her father was Parker George, who passed away in 1888. Her mother remarried after the death of her father - to Christopher Cribbs Smeltzer (FAG #68815194).
Her guardian was Calvin Rupert (FAG #51832150), who along with his mother (Catharine FAG #51832171) signed for her when she married James O. Blystone, Sr.
