Edward E. "Eddie" Colbert, age 69, passed away Sunday morning, September 4, 2016 at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven, MS.
Eddie was born January 2, 1947 to the late Edward E. Colbert and Marie Peters Colbert in Memphis, TN. Eddie retired as a manager with Federal Express after 28 years of service with the company.
In his spare time he enjoyed the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, boats and going to the Lake and Beach were some of his favorite activities. Eddie enjoyed sports, particularly South Panola and Ole Miss Football.
He leaves behind a daughter, Kayla Colbert of Hernando, MS and one step-daughter, Jennifer Bickerstaff of Franklin, TN.
