The service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Burg Funeral Home Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion. Burial will be in Guinston Presbyterian Cemetery. Viewings will be 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Baublitz was born Oct. 26, 1933, in York. He was the son of the late Chester D. and Gertrude (Keiser) Baublitz.
He worked at Southern Die Casters in Shrewsbury; prior to that, he was a machinist and inspector at Susquehanna Grinding in Red Lion. He owned Baublitz Airport in Brogue. He was a member of Aircraft Owner and Pilot's Association, and Lancaster Sportsman's Club; and attended Guinston Presbyterian Church in Brogue.
Mr. Baublitz also is survived by two sons, a daughter, four grandchildren; and two sisters. Mr. Baublitz was preceded in death by a son Leigh D. Baublitz. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. John R. Maisch, pastor of Guinston Presbyterian Church in Brogue. Memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia Society of America Inc., 800 Corporate Circle, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
