Diane Baker Wallace passed away on 21 Jul 2016. She was born 13 Jan 1939 a daughter of Dean and Vivian Thomas Baker. She grew up in Plain City and graduated from Weber High School. She moved to Ogden in 1956 and back to Plain City in 1973. She was a member of the LDS Church.

She married Robert Russo in 1956. She married Paul Wallace in 1963; they were married 28 years before his passing in 1992.

Diane worked at Commercial Security Bank starting as a teller and worked her way up to Assistant Vice President before retiring in the late 1980's.

No one loved to hear a joke more than Diane. Just about any joke would crack her up laughing. She was spunky, loving, kind, fun to talk to and spend time with. She loved being with family and friends (especially her grandkids), great-grandkids, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews and friends. Before a stroke in 2000, Diane spent many winters in Yuma, AZ with her husband. After Paul passed away she continued spending winters in Yuma with her many friends, pulling her fifth-wheel behind her Ford power-stroke truck with her initials "DBW" on the door.

Diane could do anything. She rode horses, golfed, bowled, gardened, crocheted and loved to travel. She traveled Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama. She loved trips to Nevada and always seemed to find a lucky machine. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, dancing, and playing cards. However, she always found time to spend with her family.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband Paul; son, Eddy Russo and two sisters, Joan Baker and Georgia Baker Willard.

Interment, Plain City Cemetery.
