Westenberger, George Vincent, 94, died Aug. 28. Services 10 a.m. Tuesday, Arlington Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Oklahoma City (Bill Eisenhour NE, Oklahoma City).

George Westenberger, 94 year-old resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away August 28, 2016 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born July 4, 1922 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, he was the son of John Light Westenberger and Ada Lillinger Westenberger. George was an industrial engineer at Tinker Air Force Base for many years. He enjoyed woodworking and was active in both his church and with youth thru Boy Scouts. George was both a member and former head usher at his church, St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Midwest City, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Pearl; and all of his siblings. Survivors include 4 sons, Wayne Westenberger of Midwest City, Oklahoma; David Westenberger of Midwest City, Oklahoma; Paul and his wife Rhonda Ward Westenberger of Wellston, Oklahoma; and James Westenberger of Midwest City, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Arlington Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, 3400 N. Midwest Blvd. with burial to follow in Arlington Memory Gardens.
