Kelly Foster Parks of 1106 Second Street, Scalp Level, died on Saturday, April 11, 1964, at his home at the age of 90 years. He was born December 2, 1873, at Broad Top, and was a son of James and Mary (Tyson) Parks. He was preceded in death by his wife the former Rose Mae Martin, and sons Ralph and Harold. He is missed by the following children: Mrs. Ruth Orris and Berneda, wife of Emil Pavik, both of Johnstown; William C. Parks of Altoona; Twila Mae, wife of Glenn Rankin of Belleflower[sic, Bellflower], Cal.; Catherine, wife of Lawrence Snyder of Scalp Level, with whom he resided, and Elizabeth, wife of D. J. Spencer of Philadelphia. He is also missed by 76 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
