VICTORIA - Barrett Ryan Goedrich, 19, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016. He was born in Victoria, Texas on June 19, 1997 to parents, Marty and Laura Conaway Goedrich.
Barrett was the adorable younger brother to his sister, Samantha Marie Goedrich. He attended Vickers Elementary, Howell and Cade middle schools where he was involved in sports and the NJHS. Barrett graduated Victoria West High School in 2015. In high school, he participated in football, golf and National Honor Society. He was a member of the West Golf District Championship team and a member of the All District Academic Golf team. After high school, he attended Blinn Junior College in College Station to study Construction Engineering. Barrett enjoyed fishing trips with his father, playing board games with his cousins and family, spending time with his numerous friends and hanging out with his older sister.
Barrett is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Margie Conaway.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. with a rosary to follow at 7:00 P.M. at Grace Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at The Cathedral of Our Lady of Victory.
Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Grace Funeral Home.
