--Laura was the 4th child of Wm. Bingham Beaver & wife Sarah Jane Overcash.
--She married George Henry Corriher on Aug. 10, 1913 in Rowan County. They were parents of 6 children: Infant Daughter, Virginia Dare, Franklin Caldwell, Ralph Eugene, Kyle Beaver, and Martin L. Corriher.
--Cause of death: pulmonary embolism.
