Nicol; Cynthia Nicol Everett and her husband John Charles Everett and Kathleen Nicol Turley and her husband Thomas Richard Turley and the late Comdr. William J. Nicol. Sister of Cordelia Curley Palmer of Phoenix, AZ. Joan is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at St. Patrick's Church 4101 Norbeck Rd. Rockville, MD 20853 on Wednesday August 24, 2016 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery a date to be determined.
