8:32 a.m., at the home of his daughter in Iowa park, ere held at the First Baptist church in Albany, Friday afternoon, at 2:00 o'clock.
Rev. Mr. Miller, Baptist minister, conducted the services, assisted by Rev. H. M. Weldon, pastor of the Baptist church and elder Cole Jackson of the Church of Christ in Moran, a life-long friend. Burial was made in Albany cemetery beside the grave of his wife, who preceded hi in death Feb. 10, 1938.
Mr. Bissell was born Feb. 16, 1864 in Washington County and moved to Albany when very young. He was married to Miss Frances L. Porter, Dec. 18, 1887 in Albany, where they lived until four years ago, when they went to Iowa Park to live with their only daughter, mrs. O.O. Haywood.
Survivors include three sons, J. W. Bissell, R. F, Bissell of Albany, Buxk Bissell of odessa, and one daughter, Mrs. o. O. Caywood.
