She never met an Iris she didn’t love!! Eventually growing over 4000 varieties of them.
During WWII she was a welder. In the 1950’s & 60’s she taught at a Business College, was a long-time member of the Elks #399, a Life-time member of Northern Hills(formerly County Ave. Baptist) and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Josiah Hall and Minnie Rene Brewer Hall; her brother, Robert Kinman Hall; her sister, Terri Margene Hall Dennington; her husband, Denton C. “DC” Jones, Sr.; and longtime special friend, Lynn Hamilton.
