Glenn Carrol Singer age 81 of New Tazewell, TN., was born November 15, 1934 and passed away August 16, 2016 at his home. Glenn served in the Armed Forces for 14 years. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ollie Singer and nine siblings.
At Glenn's request, he is to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
