LOVETT, SHERMAN H.; age 71; of White Lake; passed away on October 15, 2004. Mr. Lovett served in the United States Army. He retired from General Motors as a fork lift operator, and played bass in a country band for over 25 years. Beloved husband of Pamela; loving father of Thomas Lovett, David Lovett, Bruce (Lisa) Lovett, Shelly (Paul) Porter; grandfather of eight; great grandfather of two; son-in-law of Mollie Strong. The Graveside Service will be on Monday, October 18, 2004 at 11.a.m. at White Lake Cemetery (between Ormond and Teggerdine Road on White Lake Road). Visitation on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 3295 E. Highland Rd., Highland. Family and friends will meet at White Lake Cemetery on Monday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the Graveside Service at 11 a.m.
