In May 1924 as Catharine S. Campion, she married Russell K. Alspach at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
They were the parents of Ann Alspach Fitzcharles (1925-2019) and Sarah Alspach Anderson (born 1930 Pennsylvania).
