Mrs. Etta McQuerry, of Rayville, died yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Elmer McGaugh, also of Rayville. She was 89.
Mrs. McQuerrey was a retired school teacher.
She was a member of the Rayville Christian Union church.
She had been a member of Relief Rebekah lodge here for more than 50 years.
Surviving, besides her daughter, are one sister, Mrs. Bert Hartman of Rayville, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
Her husband, James McQuerrey, preceded her in death 62 years ago.
The family will receive friends Friday evening at the Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Funeral services will be Saturday at the Rayville Christian Union church, with burial in Old Union Cemetery, east of Lawson.
