LESTER M. FARNSWORTH April 29 1940
Lester M. Farnsworth of Beverly Park, a veteran employe of the Puget Sound
Power and Light company, died at Seattle Marine hospital Monday morning.
Born at Kingston, Minn., October 14, 1880, he saw service in both the
Spanish-American and World Wars. He was a member of John Wannebo camp,
United Spanish War Veterans, and of Everett lodge No.479, B.P.O.E. He is
survived by his widow, Mary, at Beverly Park; a son, James H., student at
the University of Washington; a brother, Ira P. Farnsworth of Fairbanks,
Alaska, and a sister, Mrs.Effie Stromsworth of Minot, N.D. Funeral
services will be held at the chapel of Challacombe & Fickel at 1 p.m.
Thursday, the Rev. H.M.Jamieson officiating. Graveside services Will be
held at Evergreen.
