1929-2006

Mr. Benjamin Franklin Collins, age 77 of Milton, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2006.

He was retired from Monsanto after 32 years of service and also retired from Congressman Earl Hutto's office after eight years of service.

He is survived by his wife, Vergie Collins of Milton; three sons, Michael Collins and his wife, Pam of Pensacola, Tim Collins and his wife, Stephanie, and Steve Collins and his wife, Joyce, all of Milton; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and special friends, Gerald and Betty Lee.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2006 at the Bagdad First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Ed Carrington officiating. Burial will follow in Serenity Gardens with Lewis Funeral Home directing.

Lewis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening in the Lewis Funeral Home.

Grandsons will serve as Active Pallbearers
