Survivors include his daughter, Tina Bieber and her husband, Horace Keith Bieber of Church Point; two sons, Glen Paul Trahan and his wife, Jeanette Marie Trahan from Sante Fe, TX and Mark James Trahan of Kailua Kona, Hawaii; seven grandchildren, Jessica Bieber Wilson, Victoria Taylor Bieber, Dylan Henry Wayne Bieber, Jackie Leah Tarver, Heather Nichole Bourgeois, David James Trahan and Brian Paul Trahan; one great granddaughter, Amelia Kate Wilson; one sister, Clara Belle Dwyer and her husband, J.D. Dwyer and one brother, Roland Jude Trahan and his wife, Betty Jean Trahan of Denham Springs, LA.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Monceaux Trahan; mother, Antoinette Hernandez Trahan; father, Voorhies Ambrose Trahan; three brothers, Francis “Buddy” Trahan and Norman Anthony Trahan, Sr.
Wayne’s true passion was sacalait fishing in Toledo Bend. He loved L.S.U. football, baseball and always watched the Saints on Sundays. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to all. He loved spending time with family especially his grandchildren. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard.
