Harry Hudson

Rosary for Harry A Hudson, 76, of Oxnard, will be recited at 7:30 pm tomorrow, in the James A Reardon Mortuary Chape,l Oxnard. Mr. Hudson died Thursday in a local hospital after a long illness. He was born Aug. 22, 1893, in Pascagoula. Miss. A veteran of World War I, he served in the US Army overseas. He had been a moving picture projector operator and electrician, and before he retired he owned and operated Hueneme Garage in Port Hueneme for 15 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 48 of Oxnard and of Santa Clara Church.


Surviving are his wife, Anna C.; sons, Victor R. of Ventura, Francis Oliver of Oxnard, Pete J. Oliver of Buena Park; daughters, Mrs. Thelma Morris cf Port Hueneme, Mrs. Carl Silvio of Oxnard; a brother, Eugene of Mississippi; and a sister, Mrs. Alma Schmitt, Mobile Ala.; 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.


Requiem mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am Monday in Santa Clara Church Burial will be in Santa Clara Cemetery.
