Price Connally married Mary Corker St Helen Parish Louisiana. Connally was the
son of Mary Polly Price and Thomas Connally.
Burial in unmarked graves on their plantation.

Price and Mary's home was several miles north of the present Tylertown on Union Road/Highway 27N or Possum Trot Road.
Connally must have been a man of peculiar wit for he owned three plantations which he name "Possum Trot", the road through that area continue to be called by this name. It is not clear why Connally gave this name. Price was a Blacksmith - Planter.
Price was a blacksmith, and no doubt he and Tyler formed a partnership but the important partnership was formed by Tyler and Price’s daughter, Mary, for they were married that same year. They were to live together twenty/five and to be the parents of five children four daughter and one son.

Mrs. Mary Linlsey Connally Tyler; brother, Crosby, used to pay extended visits in Elizabeth and Newton Ball home. As a boy, I knew him very well.

This information on William C Tyler has not been proven. Unknown why Luke W Conerly included this information.
Tylertown was name in honor of his son in law William C. Tyler.
Tyler from Boston was in the War 1812 and 1815 under Andrew Jackson against the hostile Creeks and their British allies. He participated in the battle of New Orleans (Chalmette) in 1815. Staying in this area when with General Jackson march North
