Wendell A. Thomas, 80, of Promise City and formerly of Centerville, died at his home on Saturday, January 8, 2005. Funeral services will be at Grace Tabernacle Baptist Church in Centerville, Iowa on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at 10 a.m. Burial will be at the Oakland Cemetery with full military honors.
Visitation will be at Schmidt Family Funeral Home on Monday, January 10, 2005 from 4 to 8 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m..
Memorials may be left to Peoples Baptist Church.
