Married McCuan Parsley 12/12/1936. Daughter of Joe Bailey Maples, Lota E Durant. Children Larry Fean Parsley, Vickie An Parsley Rhodes & Neta Karen Parsley are all buried here.
Cause of death: DOA Hood Gen Hosp Hypoglycemic shock, diabetes.

Mrs. M.C. (Doc) Parsley
Funeral services were conducted for Mrs. M. C. (Doc) Parsley, 51, Friday afternoon in the Mambrino Baptist Church.
Mrs. Parsley resided in Granbury from 1936 to 1956 when she and her husband moved to Fort Worth. They returned to make their home in Granbury a year ago.
She was born in Graham, Texas, and married M. C. (Doc) Parsley in 1936 in Graham. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, daughters; Mrs. Vicki Rhoads of Fort Worth and Miss Neta Parsley of Houston; one son; Larry Parsley of Memphis, Tennessee; six grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Lota Maples of Granbury; sisters, Mrs. O. D. Funches of Fort Worth and Mrs. J. D. Rockwell of Granbury.
Rev. Frank Harris officiated the funeral services. He was assisted by Lloyd Frederick.
Pallbearers were W. L. Hayworth, W. C. Hayworth, Floyd Vaughn, Devereau Vaughn, Raymond Sue, F. Morris Purselley.
Martin's Funeral Home of Granbury was in charge of the arrangements. Burial was in Nubbin Ridge Cemetery.
