Unmarked grave. Rachel was the wife of William A. Shelton. They were married on April 1, 1858 in Scotland County, Missouri and they had nine children together including: Warren, Alice, Henrietta, Lettie, William, Cordelia and Cyrus Shelton. William Shelton died sometime between 1885 and 1910. Rachel died sometime after 1920. Rachel was the daughter of John Morton and Eliza (West) Morton Pirtle.
