M. Wansley Edalgo, age 81, of 454 Clarence Finleyson Road, Pineview, died Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Houston Medical Center in Warner Robins.

Born in Unadilla, she was the daughter of the late Frank Henry Williams and Bessie Mae Taylor Williams. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Pineview. Mrs. Edalgo was a homemaker and in later years, worked as a waitress at The Grill and The Steakhouse in Hawkinsville. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and sewing.

Wanda Borthwick of Hawkinsville
Teresa Edalgo of Cordele

Brother: Frank Ishmale Williams of Cordele

Ruby Lee Bowen Coppedge of Vienna

Grandchildren:
Stephanie Ard, Todd Edalgo, Eric Edalgo, Talmadge Borthwick and Taylor Borthwick

Great Grandchildren: 10

She was preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge Edalgo and her siblings, Hazel Undene Lewis, Verlin Rhudene Dorminey, Mary Elizabeth Dunaway, Eugene Talmadge Williams and Willie Leon Williams.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM Tuesday, August 2 in the chapel of Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home with interment in Vienna City Cemetery.

The family will greet friends 6 - 8 PM Monday August 1 and 10 - 11 AM Tuesday, August 2 at the funeral home.

Memorial gifts may be made to Georgia Baptist Children's Home, 9420 Blackshear Highway, Baxley, Georgia 31513.
