Mrs. Dora Elizabeth Wyatt, 78 years old, wife of B. Z. Wyatt of Cape Girardeau, died at 9 a.m. today at a hospital here. She had been a hospital patient for three weeks. The family lives at 1523 South Sprigg.
Mrs. Wyatt was born at Morley on May 20, 1880, and moved to Cape Girardeau from Fornfelt in 1917. She married Mr. Wyatt on Aug. 15, 1900. Mrs. Wyatt was a member of the First Pentecostal Church in South Cape, and belonged to the Church Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, five children, Mrs. Vernon Hilderman, Mrs. George Ford and Mrs. Charles Nelson, all of Cape Girardeau: Mrs. Lloyd Kelley of Memphis, Tenn., and Neal Wyatt of Oakland, Calif., two brothers, Pete Caler of Farmington, Noah Caler of Paragould Ark., a half brother, Homer Wyatt of St. Louis, 17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Haman Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have not been completed.
