George Ford
Funeral services for George Ford will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 at the First Pentecostal Assembly Church with the Rev. Jack Cathcart and the Rev. Orville McKinney officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park with Haman's Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.

Mr. Ford, 61 years old, 1129 South Ellis, died Tuesday morning in a hospital here where he was admitted Sunday. He had been a resident of Cape Girardeau for 55 years and was a retired employe of the Marquette Cement Mfg. Co.

He was born July 2, 1906, at Grand Tower, Ill. He married the former Miss Ethel Wyatt, who survives.

Mr. Ford also is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Paul F. Kitchens and Mrs. Richard Bowman; four sons, Amos A. Ford, Carl L. Ford, Jack U. Ford, and Donald R. Ford; a sister, Mrs. Will Reed; two brothers, Raymond and Jess Ford, all of Cape Girardeau, and 16 grandchildren.
