"Ressa L. Bittings, wife of Cloyd Bittings, died at her home on West Twenty-first street, on Sunday of a complication. She was a daughter of Harry (deceased) and Maggie Yeager Johnson, and was born in Marsh Creek, Centre county, June 4, 1888.

Surviving her death are the husband, mother, and the following children: Violet, James and Ressa Kustaborder, all to a previous marriage. Two brothers, Edward O. Johnson, of Tyrone and Frank Johnson, of Greensburg, and one sister, Myrtal Patterson, of Greensburg also survive.

Funeral services will be held at Free Methodist church, Tyrone, on Tuesday afternoon at 2, conducted by Rev. Harry Haskins. Burial will be made in Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood."
