Mary Lou Ramirez, 77, of Safford, passed away Friday, July 1, 2016 in Tucson, AZ, surrounded by her family. She was born August 19, 1938 in Morenci, AZ to Apalonio & Nestora Dominguez.

Mary Lou worked for Green’s Western Auto for 25 years and Wal-Mart for 15 years. She enjoyed baking and cooking. She was also an awesome seamstress. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her friends, especially her best friend Cornelia Archuleta.

She is survived by her loving husband, Antonio Ramirez and four children; Severo, Rudy, Jimmy & Janet Cabrera, 11 Grandchildren and 16 Great-Grandchildren, three brothers; Poli, Pico and Monchi, her sister Marie and many other loving nieces and nephews.

Mary Lou is preceded in death by her parents, Apalonio & Nestora and her sister Ernie.

A viewing and Rosary for Mary Lou will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with the Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 15th at 9:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Safford Cemetery.
