Veronica Marie Schwartz, 96, of Prairie View died Thursday, October 13, 2005, in Paris, Arkansas. She was a homemaker. Preceded in death by parents, George and Katie (Jansen) Anhalt Jr., husband, John Schwartz; daughter, Virginia Joan Schwartz; and brothers, Herman and George Anhalt. She was a member of St. Meinrad Catholic Church in Prairie View and attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Paris, Arkansas, a member of St. Ann's Mother's Society and Prairie View Extension Homemaker's Club.

Rosary was said at 7 p.m. at Roller Chapel in Paris, Arkansas.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Harold and Dorothy;l sisters and sister-in-law, Henrietta, Stella, Marie and Thedda; grandchildren, Sandy, Marshall, William, Anita, Debbie, Kim Theresa, Nancy, Harold and Judy; and 11 great-grandchildren.
