NAMPA — Funeral services for Mrs. Amy Murray, 80, 436 Central Midland Blvd., Nampa, who died Tuesday at a Nampa nursing home following an extended illness, will be conducted at lO:30 a.m. Friday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel.

Bishop Elvin C. Hegstrom, Bishop of the Nampa Second Ward, Church Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, will officiate. Interment will be at Cloverdale Memorial Park.

Mrs. Murray was born July 17, 1892 at Perry, Idaho, and was reared in Eastern Idaho. She moved to Nampa about 1922 and has resided here since that time. She was married to Dr. Joseph Howard Murray on June 15, 1932 in Pocatello, and he preceded her in death on death on Sept. 11, 1963.

Mrs. Murray was a member of the Nampa Second Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and was active in the Relief Society of the church.

She is survived by two daughters from a previous marriage, Mrs. Glen (Billie) Call, Orlando, Fla., and Mrs. Herbert (Dee) Pipkin, Reno, Nev.; one sister, Mrs. Althea Huffaker, Meridian; two grandsons that she reared, Howard Eastland, North Ogden, Utah, and Larry Eastland, Los Angeles, Calif.; and nine other grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition to Mr. Murray, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Edla Eastland, in 1943.
