Daughter of John D. Olney and Roxanna Poole. Married Usual Clark Squire 31 May 1853 In Pierpont Manor, Jefferson Co, NY. Not long after, they followed the Olney family to Michigan and lived in Dowagiac for several years. They had 4 children: Alice G., Wilbur G., Addie M., and Charlie E. Alice and Charlie died in infancy, Clark Squier, died in Dec 1862, leaving Roxanna to raise her two surviving children. By 1874, Roxanna is found in city directory living in Detroit and in the 1880 census, in Detroit, she and both adult children are living in the same household. Roxanna spent the remainder of her life in Detroit.
