Missoulian, Montana, Feb 15, 2012. Obituary:
MISSOULA - Norma Jane Geng, 73, of Missoula, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012. She was born Aug. 22, 1938, and lived all of her life in Missoula. Norma loved to cook and spent most of her working life in the bar, restaurant and catering businesses. She loved to do for people and kept everyone happy with her good cooking. She especially loved her grandsons, as they meant the world to her. You could always find her at a football, basketball or baseball game cheering for them and their friends. She was their biggest fan. Sometimes she was even their own personal cook, making their favorite goodies like homemade mac and cheese, sour cream potato soup or banana bread. All they had to do was ask and they received.

Norms (a nickname her grandson gave her) is survived by her son Bob Jacobsen, daughter Dovie Jacobsen, son-in-law Brad Zander and grandsons Trent and Travis Zander. She is also survived by four sisters, Pat Kamera, Margaret Hendrickson, Donna Collins and Mary Lou Crispin; three brothers, Larry, Jerry and Mike Woodworth; aunt Mae Brock; plus many nieces and nephews. Norms also leaves behind countless friends that she loved, especially her girls "The Dazzling Dames," and a special friend Sue Hunt, who made it possible for her to be at home during her final days. In honor of her wishes, there will be no funeral service. Her family asks that you remember her and celebrate her life in your own special way. We love you, Norms. Cremation & Burial Society of the Rockies assisted with arrangements.
